Football Manager can be a little overwhelming
It’s a game capable of engulfing you so deep that one more game becomes half a season and the next thing you know it’s 4 in the morning. It’s a game that sees you form emotional bonds with not only virtual players, but regens. Players who don’t exist. It’s a game that hooks you in its grip like no other.
And while it is extremely enjoyable when things are going well, just like real football management, the highs do come with the lows. It can be infuriatingly difficult, especially if you don’y pay enough attention to the minutiae of the game – those little intangibles that make no difference on FIFA 20 but due to the mind-blowing advancements of Football Manager, can prove decisive. Things like group dynamics.
