Manchester United plotting £80m Ronaldo raid?

Manchester United are lining up a huge £80m bid for Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo, if reports are to be believed.

Louis van Gaal apparently wants the 30-year-old former Red Devil back at Old Trafford where he spent six successful seasons before moving to the Santiago Bernabeu in 2009.

And United could be ready to offer Ronaldo a whopping £14m a year to tempt him back to Manchester, the Daily Express reports.

Jose Mourinho is targeting a £36m move for Valencia’s 21-year-old playmaker Andre Gomes.

The Chelsea boss is looking to bolster his attacking options this summer and believes the Portugal international is the perfect fit for Stamford Bridge.
