The two dated briefly after the 2018 show ended
Zara McDermott’s current Love Island boyfriend caught the brilliant moment his partner realised her ex was entering the villa once again, with McDermott dubbing it “the best series ever.”
Any fans of the popular ITV dating show will no doubt know that season four’s Adam Collard is set to make a splash once more after surprising viewers and re-entering the show. The 26-year-old and McDermott dated briefly after the 2018 series but ended their relationship eight months after leaving the villa.
McDermott, 25, has since coupled up with Made in Chelsea’s Sam Thompson and the couple is fairly open on social media about their day-to-day lives. Taking to Instagram following Sunday night’s episode, Thompson recorded his girlfriend’s reaction to the news.

“Who’s this guy? Who’s this absolute animal?” questioned Thompson during the introductory video. “It’s your ex boyfriend, no way!”
McDermott was visibly shocked, handing her hands over her face as she screamed: “Oh my god, this is the best series ever!”
