Former Reform UK MP Rupert Lowe has launched a new party.
Lowe, who is currently an independent MP for Great Yarmouth in Norfolk has set up a new party under the moniker 'Restore Britain'.
The news was announced last night with Lowe describing the party as a "national political party".
He announced the party in a seven-minute long video on X.
Restore Britain was initially set up as a political movement when he was suspended from Reform last March for allegations of threats of physical violence toward then party chairman Zia Yusuf.
The return of the party is expected to see it act as a umbrella political party with locally based parties as partners.
Lowe is expected to stand again for the Great Yarmouth constituency under the Great Yarmouth First name, a party expected to be a partner of Restore Britain.
