UK will be hotter than Barcelona and the French Riviera this weekend

The weather will be hot this weekend. Forecasters at the Met Office predict temperatures could reach as high as 30C - better conditions than Barcelona, Ibiza or St Tropez in the French Riviera. London and the south east will have the best weather over the weekend. [caption id="attachment_233268" align="alignnone" width="779"] (Credit: WXcharts.eu)[/caption] The Met Office Grahame Madge's said: "The indication is that we could see highs of 28C, isolated highs of around 28C, on Saturday, and the most likely candidate places for those would be places like Norwich, north London, those sorts of areas away from the coast, but in the south-east corner of the UK. "And on Sunday we could see highs of 29C, even possibly 30C. "So Sunday looks very much as though it's going to be a warmer day than Saturday. So we have got that warmth coming through.
