A series of apparent terrorist attacks in the Belgian capital of Brussels have taken place on Tuesday morning.

Two explosions were heard in the city's airport before further explosions took place in a Metro station near EU buildings. While the cause of the explosions is still unclear, footage has emerged of the aftermath of the events in the airport.
