Two teenage boys stabbed in south London

Detectives are appealing for witnesses and information after two teenagers were stabbed in Greenwich

Police were called at 18:14hrs on Friday, 18 May to Gorman Road in Woolwich following reports of a stabbing.

Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service.

Two boys, aged 16 and 17, were discovered suffering from stab wounds. They were taken to a south London hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

At this early stage, it is thought that the boys were attacked by another group of males and one female. They are believed to have left in the direction of Woolwich Town Centre.

Detectives would like to speak with anyone who was in the area at the time.

There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
