A man has been arrested after two people were stabbed in north London today, as per a Jewish security group.
The Jewish community security organisation, known as Shomrim, responded to the incident in Golders Green after a man was spotted with a knife running down the high street attempting to stab Jewish people.
The victims are being treated by Hatzola, the Jewish community's ambulance service which was the victim of an arson attack last month.
Shomrim has said that the police have arrived and Tasered a man who has been arrested.
This incident is just the latest of a number of attacks against Jewish communities, notably in London.
Last month a number of Hatzola ambulances were set on fire, while there have been a number of other arson attempts in recent weeks.
Just yesterday the Metropolitan Police confirmed it was investigating an arson attack on a memorial wall in Golders Green.
With the increase in attacks, it has become evident that community divides are becoming more and more apparent.
Only a matter of days back, Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis told the BBC that attacks on the Jewish community are "gathering momentum" following another arson attack reported at a north-west London synagogue.
The rabbi described the attack as cowardly.
The increase in attacks and antisemitism can be attributed largely to continued tensions in the Middle-East as well as actions of political groups having repercussions for larger communities.
