So p*ssed off are these people, that a $5m lawsuit has been filed against Apple over the Wi-Fi feature by a Californian couple.
The pair claim that after upgrading to iOS9 on their iPhone 5S devices, they were charged for going over their data limit without even knowing.
Now they want damages, big time.
