Rolf Harris has been released from prison after spending almost three years behind bars.
The former TV entertainer, now 87, is said to have left Stafford Prison during the early hours of Friday in order to avoid waiting media crews.
Harris was sentenced to five years and nine months in 2014 and is currently facing indecent assault charges at Southwark Crown Court, where he has been appearing via video link.
His release from prison means he will now be able to attend the court in person, while on bail, for the remainder of the trial. He is accused of indecently assaulting three teenage girls between the 1971 and 1983.
Although his conviction and sentencing in 2014 was high profile news, jurors at his current case have been told of this information.
The Daily Mail report that Harris will also visit his wife Alwen, 85, who is said to be in failing health.
