US rapper Young Scooter, whose real name was Kenneth Edward Bailey, has died.
The rapper, famous for his collaborations with artists like Future and Gucci Mane, died on Friday March 28, his 39th birthday, following a sudden hospitalisation.
According to TMZ, he was taken by emergency services to Grady Marcus Trauma Center in Atlanta, where he was pronounced dead.
Police revealed the hospitalisation may have been due to a leg wound caused by a fence.

Lieutenant Andrew Smith of the Atlanta Police held a news conference following his death, revealing that officers had responded to disruption with a weapon at a home.
After a man shut the door on the officers, they established a perimeter, with two men attempting to flee.
Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that one man returbed, however, the other, believed to be Bailey, jumped the fence.
"When officers located him on the other side of the fence, he appeared to have suffered an injury to his leg," said Smith.
The Lieutenant made it clear that the man was not fatally shot by police.
"Just to be very clear, the injury that was sustained was not via the officers on scene. It was when the male was fleeing."
An investigation into Bailey's cause of death is under way and an autopsy is set to be performed.
