The first poster for the upcoming Saw movie, Saw X, has been released and even though it's only a still image we can already imagine just how terrifying this film is going to be.
Taking to social media, the film saga shared the poster, captioning the post: "Welcome back to the game."
As you can see, the image features a man wearing what appear to be goggles with two tubes connecting to them.
While nothing is certain, most are jumping to the conclusion that this medieval looking device is one of Jigsaw's new torture toys.
Responding to the poster, one person wrote: "This is gonna be hella nasty."
Another said: "That thing looks like it's ready to suck his guts out."
A third joked: "When your credit card gets declined from your eyes appointment."
And a fourth person pondered whether rats could be put into the holes...
According to IMDB, Saw X is the most disturbing installment of the Saw franchise. The synopsis reads: "Set between the events of Saw I and II, a sick and desperate John travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer.
"[There] they discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, the infamous serial killer returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through devious, deranged, and ingenious traps."
Saw X is set to be released later this year.
