The U2 frontman has, bizarrely, decided the way to deal with ISIS is by sending Chris Rock, Amy Schumer and Sacha Baron Cohen to the Middle East.
"I think comedy should be deployed...It’s like, you speak violence, you speak their language," Bono said at a Senate panel in the United States.
No, we're not sure why Bono was on a senate panel, but bear with us.
"You laugh at them, when they’re goose-stepping down the street, and it takes away their power," he continued, suggesting he has been basing his entire political strategy on old episodes of Fawlty Towers.

Ironically, the public have taken Bono's lead, deciding the best way to deal with the problem of Bono himself is to laugh at him.
