People are losing their minds over ‘amazing’ final moments of Joker 2 trailer

It looks like it’s going to be a wild ride

With each passing week, we find out a bit more about Joker: Folie a Deux.

A new poster for the film was released last week, and the film’s first full trailer has finally arrived.

Fans are already rushing to share their thoughts on the trailer, and everyone is saying the same thing.

The trailer’s closing shot where Gaga as Harley draws lipstick on the glass separating her from Phoenix’s Joker is being praised, and fans think it might already have bagged the crown of being the best shot of the year.

“I can’t get over this shot at the end of the Joker trailer. Beauty,” one person wrote.

A second put: “This shot from the Joker trailer is one of the coolest things ever. Real cinema is back baby.”

While a third said: “That last scene in the new Joker trailer is a top 5 camera shot in cinema can’t lie”

“That last shot in the Joker trailer gotta be the best s**t I seen in a trailer in a while I gasped audibly give them the single shot Oscar,” a fourth penned.

When the trailer was first announced earlier this month, it was revealed that the Motion Picture Association (MPA) had given the film an age rating in America and, of course, it’s R-rated.

This means that under 17s require parental supervision while watching the film, with the MPA stating this is due to “strong violence, language throughout, some sexuality and brief full nudity,” via Variety.

The first film was given the same rating due to “strong bloody violence, disturbing behaviour, language and brief sexual images.”

In the UK, 2019’s Joker was given a 15 age rating. Although it remains to be seen what the sequel is going to be rated in the UK, it’s fair to say that we can expect a similar rating for Joker: Folie a Deux.
