However, Paul’s daughter filed her lawsuit because she believed it was the car’s 605-horsepower engine and lack of safety features that prevented her father from surviving the crash. The lawsuit says that Paul was alive for over a minute after the crash and couldn’t escape due to the seat belts in the car.
The car later went up in flames and both Paul and the driver of the car were pronounced dead at the scene.
According to ABC Los Angeles, Meadow and Porsche reached a settlement earlier this month but will keep the terms of the settlement private.
