People across the world looking to settle into an episode of Evil Genius before bed are being confronted with the error message: "Netflix error: this title is not available to watch instantly." So comprehensive is the issue that Netflix's service page, a website which confirms whether the platform is working, is itself broken. The company's official customer service account tweeted to confirm it knew about the problems.
