Police have urged people to travel only ‘if it is absolutely essential’
A major incident has been declared after a double-decker bus overturned in Somerset on Tuesday.

Avon and Somerset Police said officers were called around 6am to the A39, Quantock Road, in Bridgewater.
A “significant number” of police, fire and ambulance crews are at the scene.
The incident also involved a motorcyclist.
No casualties have been confirmed as of yet.
The force urged people to travel only “if it is absolutely essential”.
“The conditions are extremely icy and dangerous due to the freezing conditions overnight and residual water on the road from the past week’s wet weather,” it added on Twitter.
