“Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way. Oh what fun it is to ride on a one-horse open sle- PULL OVER. PULL THE SLEIGH OVER. KFC HAVE A CHRISTMAS BURGER.”

Yes, there are still more than 40 days to go until Christmas, but KFC have decided to go ahead and give us an early present in the shape of  the new Colonel’s Christmas Burger.

The supermarkets all have their Christmas sandwiches, McDonald’s have their festive range, so it’s about time KFC got in the Christmas spirit.

The burger is made up of an Original Recipe fillet, a hash brown, cheese, lettuce, cranberry sauce and – get this – sage & onion stuffing mayonnaise. H o l y  s h i t. People say we’ve forgotten the true meaning of Christmas, but KFC just went ahead and redefined it.

The burger costs £3.99 or, if you get it as a meal, £4.99, and will be available from Monday 28th November until 1st January across the UK and Ireland. That’s a limited time, folks, so get in the queue now.

Your move, Chicken Cottage.
