Greater Manchester Police have issued new advice for those planning to attend the One Love concert in Manchester this evening.

Less than two weeks since the tragic Manchester Arena attack, singer Ariana Grande will perform in the city and offer all proceeds from the concert to the victims’ families.

At the time of writing, the UK terror threat remains ‘severe’ following a terror incident in London on Saturday night which killed seven people and injured 48.

With terror attacks on the innocent taking place in two big British cities in a matter of days, concerns of the public are at an all-time high.

Ahead of Sunday night’s One Love concert, which will also see some of the world’s most popular musical acts perform, Manchester police have released the below safety video.

Security will understandably be tighter and concert-goers are urged not to drive to Old Trafford cricket ground if they can help it.

People are also asked not to bring bags to the event and have been warned to expect an armed police presence around the venue.
