Five people reportedly arrested in ongoing police raid in Barking

It's unconfirmed whether or not the ongoing police incident in Barking has any links to the London Bridge terror attack.

A raid taking place in Barking, east London, has reportedly seen five people arrested on Sunday morning. Police arrived at a block of flats less than 12 hours after attacks on London Bridge and Borough Market claimed the lives of seven people and injured almost 50 others. "I saw them bringing them out of the flat opposite, around 7am," Tara Milan told the Telegraph. "One man tried to flee and they shot him outside my house. They put him in an ambulance and then the others in a police van." "I have lived here three years but never seen them before," he said. "I heard the police shouting 'get down, get down', I looked out of my window and they were laid on the floor.
