The phenomenon that is Donald Trump's handshakes... has returned.

It has been well documented on social media that President Donald Trump seems to have an unorthodox style of shaking hands with people. As Macron approached Trump, he made a swift route-change and instead greeted German Chancellor Angela Merkel, which Trump took umbrage with.
