ELECTION SHOCK: Friday's front pages make TERRIBLE reading for Theresa May

Absolute scenes.

The exit polls were an absolute shocker. The Conservative Party had hoped for a huge majority, they expected a workable majority. If the polls are to be believed, they'll actually fall short of a majority, which is a disaster for Theresa May, who didn't need to call the snap election in the first place.

The Tories are still expected to be the largest party, but it leaves the nation in hung parliament territory:

Now it must be stressed that the polls may be wrong, but the early editions of the morning papers have to run with the information they have, and it doesn't make pleasant reading for the Prime Minister at all.

Take a look and wince...
