Adam Sandler finally responded to the devastating video of him being turned away from a restaurant after being told there would be a half hour wait for food. The video recently went viral on TikTok after the 17-year-old waitress who informed him of the wait shared her embarrassment at not realising who it was she was speaking to. Sandler had turned up with his daughter to restaurant chain IHOP (formerly International House of Pancakes), but politely accepted the tragic news, and left the restaurant in search of breakfast elsewhere. Well now Sandler has commented on the saga, in a way that only Adam Sandler could. In a post on Twitter he said that it wasn't the 30 minute wait on food that saw him walk away. Very nice to see that Sandler has no hard feelings about the whole thing though. The actor and comedian has himself received plenty of praise for how he politely accepted the news of the wait on food and left without a fuss. No 'do you know who I am' attitude here. What a guy.
