Noel Gallagher names his price for an Oasis reunion

Don't comeback in anger.

We all know it’s going to happen eventually, but at this price?

Noel Gallagher has said that it will take £20m for Oasis to get back together.

Oh, and he wants it for a single show.

“For 20 million quid, one gig – that is good money isn’t it?” Gallagher told the Daily Star. “But I have never had that offer from anyone yet.”

A film about the band called Supersonic was launched in Cannes this week, featuring interviews with both Gallagher brothers, whose massive fight in 2009 led to the end of Oasis.

“I know a lot of research went into [the film],” Noel told the Bolton News.

“But to be honest this shit was getting made while I was putting a record together, so I couldn’t devote that much time to it … I did 20 hours of interviews and so there were lots of things that I’d forgotten. I’d forgotten how insane a lot of that time was.”

He admits that Liam remains “very angry” over the events that led to the band’s split, despite constant rumours that they’re getting back together.

“Liam is a very angry man still,” Noel said in March. “So he is not cool. I don’t ever sit down, and when people ask about Oasis, I go, ‘No. That is it’.”
