Greatest customer service exchange ever pays homage to Eminem classic

Hats off to ASOS.

How many times have we sent a message to a clothing company on Facebook but never get a response? Once? Twice?

Have they ever gotten back to you? Probably not. If they do get back to you? The message goes along the lines of, ‘thank you for your message, please contact…’

But ASOS have just taken their reply game to the next level.

A man by the name of Stephen Cannon was not happy with a t-shirt he bought in the store and wanted to do an old switcheroo.

He had returned the t-shirt in July and it is now August and he had heard nothing so he took it upon himself to throw ASOS a message over Facebook in the style of rapper Eminem…

Re-writing the words of Em’s famous 2000 hit with Dido, Stan, Cannon takes on the role of the song’s protagonist and said:

“I sent you my exchange but it still ain’t returning, I left my size product code and order number at the bottom, I sent for a T-shirt back in July you must not of Got Em, there must be a problem at the post office or something.
“Anyway f*** it how’s ya marketplace. you probably hear this everyday, I’m your biggest fan, I’ve got a wardrobe full of your clothes and shoes man.
“Anyway hope you get this, hit me back, just to chat, truly yours, Biggest fan Stephen Can”

ASOS wasn’t going to let this go unnoticed and got back to Cannon within an hour with their response taking on the part of Eminem in the song…

The company have put a lot of time into this response and we take our hats off to them.
