Woman given unusual sentence for dodging taxi fare

The choice between walking and taking a taxi isn't always an either-or decision, as one fare-dodging woman found out.

After a 30-mile cab ride, Victoria Bascom attempted to leave a cab without paying. In a separate case, he ordered a criminal who had used pepper spray on her victim to be pepper sprayed herself as punishment (though there was a twist). Judge Cicconetti's reasoning?
