Seven-month-old baby’s hair means she has tens of thousands of Instagram followers

Little Baby Chanco has gone viral

I know what you're thinking, "it's a wig, isn't it?", but no, it's not. In fact, Little Baby Chanco - pictured above - was born with that full mop of hair and there's no sign she's going to shed it soon. Chanco is Japanese but has gone viral worldwide for her hairdo, which, well, I mean just look at it. Videos posted online show her having her hair cut and styled, with clips, ribbons and other accessories added. The whole thing is pretty unusual given that most babies tend only to have little wisps of hair or none at all. Scientists believe that the thickness of her hair is due to genetics. And like with all babies, despite its current thickness, it's unlikely her current barnet will bear much resemblance to how she looks when she reaches maturity. At the time of writing, she has more than 78,000 fans on Instagram, which is likely more than you and me will ever have. Think about that, you've been outdone by a seven-year-old.
