That's exactly what Andy Lassner, the executive producer of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, found out when the UFC women's bantamweight champion appeared on the chat show.
After engaging in the usual palaver that goes with appearing on a day-time talk show, the UFC superstar then demonstrated some of her UFC moves on the producer in a makeshift Octagon on the set.
Lassner was helpless to defend the numerous throws from Rousey before the former Olympian then showed off her trademark armbar technique with an almost laughable amount of ease.
If the producer didn't know how talented Rousey was before, he certainly knows now.
