Many of you might be finding yourself being confronted by that very crisis this weekend, and if you are, a clever student might just have the solution.
Patrick Twomey, a student at University of Limerick, in Ireland, has come up with a SAF (suitability, acceptability, feasibility) strategic analysis of the burning question: “Should I go for a few pints?”
This particular analysis is applied in the case of a college student, and it weighs up a number of factors such as finance, reaction of stakeholders, possibility of pulling, and potential return on investment (how many pints will equal how much fun?) before reaching a definitive conclusion.
The level of effort invested in this is impressive...
Ultimate procrastination it might be, but it might just prove a particularly useful tool during one of the biggest social weekends of the year.
Enjoy the rest of your Bank Holiday weekend, and drink responsibly, folks.
