James McClean may be one of the most controversial figures in the Premier League but, when push comes to shove, his heart is always in the right place for those in need.

Last month, the West Brom and Republic of Ireland winger endeared himself to all by promising to pay £1,500 to buy a hand-cycle bike for a young Derry girl with Spina Bifida. And for anyone who thought that the promise wouldn't come to fruition, here's proof. Paediatric Equipment Specialists John Preston produced the bike and posted a picture of their delivery of it to young Kaylee, who looks very happy indeed with the gift. So there you have it. James McClean is a lovely guy!
