James Argent looked slimmer than ever following a remarkable 14-stone weight loss. The former The Only Way Is Essex star stripped down to just a pair of running shorts during an afternoon jog on holiday in Spain. He underwent the life-saving operation in a bid to turn his life around - losing 14 stone in weight. Ironically, he recently admitted that doctors had ordered him to put some weight back on after losing too much.
