GoFundMe for Elon Musk started after people see where he sleeps

The aim is to 'buy Elon Musk a couch'.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for Tesla billionaire Elon Musk after a TV show revealed where he sleeps. During a recent interview with CBS This Morning, Musk said that he sometimes sleeps at the Tesla factory in California on a couch. In response, Calafornian Ben Sullins has started a campaign titled ‘Buy Elon Musk a Couch’ with a goal of $1,000. The GoFundMe page reads: "Elon Musk is transforming our world to run on sustainable energy and use sustainable forms of transportation. Lately, he’s been sleeping at the Fremont factory in an effort to improve Model 3 production. "This is the couch he is sleeping on "As a community, we cannot let this stand. Let’s band together to buy Elon a new couch to sleep on! "If he doesn’t accept our donation via twitter reply or other means we’ll donate it to a charity." At the time of writing the campaign has raised in excess of $6,000, so it looks like Elon will be getting a good night's sleep soon.
