Mills had to wear a hazmat suit while performing the treacle request
A former IT consultant who turned professional dominatrix has told of some of her most unusual requests, which included submerging a client in a bath of treacle.
That made Clarity Mills £3,000.
The 38-year-old said she found the kink community empowering and became a professional dominatrix in 2007, running sessions in her spare time during the evenings and weekends.
Mills - who is a swinger and polyamorous with her husband, Kieran - dominates her clients and explores their kinks to the tune of £5k a month. Mills' husband, she says, finds her work “hilarious” but is supportive of it.
The sex worker uses real-life goals in her play such as financial domination - and punishes or treats her clients depending on how they are doing on reaching their goals.
“For example if someone wants to save for a mortgage, I’ll gamify it by rewarding them if they are doing well at moving towards that goal but punish them if not," Mills said.
Mills, from Dublin, Ireland, said: “I find kinks and being a dominatrix empowering and it helped me overcome trauma."
Her weirdest request was submerging someone in a bath of treacle. “He wanted the feeling of being consumed alive and paid me £3k to do it," Mills said.
While her sessions can last up to six hours, she is careful not to let her side-hustle a full-time job as it would "take the enjoyment out of it".
Her sessions incorporate lots of different styles of play such as sensory, bondage, humiliation and degradation - but Mills is very selective with who she choses to work with.
“I meet people or couples for coffee like it’s a date and we’ll talk about what they want,” Mills explained.
“Some people basically just want an escort and although I’m a sex worker I don’t have sex with people for money.”
Some of Mills' weirdest requests involve food.
“Some peoples kinks is ‘sploshing’ which is food sex but where it is sticky and usually has a bad smell," she said.
“I had a hazmat suit on when I submerged the guy who wanted to be in a bath of treacle.
“We didn’t submerge his head but he had a latex balloon device which gave the feeling of restricted breathing."
Mills also runs and attends sex parties as part of her work.
“I just want people to experiment and have fun,” she said.
