Boots have released an everyday value range in the hope of helping customers save money during the
cost of living crisis.
Amid reports that people are choosing between heating and eating and
skimping on hygiene products amid a perfect storm of cost price rises, the chain has released 60 items costing between 50p and £1.50.
The range covers toiletries, skincare, dental, haircare and period products.
Studies show money is surpassing health as the main priority for shoppers, so this new range is designed to bridge that gap.
The range, available online and in store, can be shopped now, but will continue to be rolled out to over 1,000 Boots branches over the next few weeks.
It is also easily identifiable so shoppers can find the best possible price in a simple line up on shelves. In addition to the items being affordable, the range comes with the Boots promise of trusted quality.
Jenna Whittingham-Ward, head of beauty at Boots Brands & Exclusives, says: "At a time when many people are facing choices between heating and eating and we’re all bracing ourselves for a winter of feeling the pinch more than ever, I am delighted that we’re able to offer a no compromise range to help customers make small everyday switches to help save money."
Whittingham-Ward said, Jessie Boot, who founded the company over 170 years ago, "believed that quality products should be accessible to everyone".

The everyday value range is an extension of Boots' 'prize lock promise’, in which they pledged to freeze the cost of over 1,500 items for this year as prices climb elsewhere.
In addition, Price Advantage is now bigger than ever. Boots Advantage Card holders can now get exclusive discounts and offers on over 900 products each month, with an average saving of £2.65 per product. Some lines have been slashed by 50 per cent.
