So, is a watch a handheld device or not?

A Canadian man was ordered to pay £63 after being caught by police skipping songs on his Apple Watch while behind the wheel. Jeffrey Macesin, from Quebec, plans to appeal the decision. His reasoning? Unsurprisingly, the regulations have not been updated yet to account for the new technology. The Apple Watch will set you back upwards of £400, but that doesn't include unexpected fines.
