Know anyone that needs a job?

In recent months, dream job positions as a pizza taster, beer connoisseur, chocoholic and vodka taster have all opened up, but these positions are all missing three things.

Sun, sand and sea.

Yep, to paraphrase the immortal words of Oasis, if you "need some time in the sunshine, you gotta slow it right down," then this position as a Cancun Experience Officer is just the thing for you.

Ok, what does the job entail?

The official job description states that they're seeking "an outgoing, authentic, and dynamic individual (or team) to represent the amazing destination of Cancun as our CEO - Cancun Experience Officer. As the CEO, you'll be sent to live in one of the most beautiful destinations on the planet for six months to tell stories through videos, photographs, and words. You'll get paid to dive into the culture, charm, and wonder of Cancun and share your experiences with a worldwide audience. Don't wait to apply! Show us your stuff and make a case for why you (or your team) should be the next CEO."

Ironically, for a position that's called Cancun Experience Officer, the posting also states that no experience is required.

As part of the job description, the new hire will have to "create videos, tell stories, and share their experiences living, playing, and discovering Cancun."

On top of this, the lucky candidate will receive £45,000 and not a single penny will have to go towards paying rent because this new employee will "will be housed in luxury hotels and resorts for the duration of their stay."

If this sounds like something you're interested in - or if you've got a mate that fancies a new job - the duration of the work is from March-August next year.

If you have a "unique eye for capturing stories, a warmth in interacting with others, a self-motivated work ethic, and a dedication to producing high-quality work," then your new job awaits.
