TikTok users have been left stunned after discovering that Tesla cars are seemingly able to detect ghosts in cemeteries A number of videos doing the rounds on the social media platform show Tesla cars detecting a mysterious figure on the side of the road people are driving along. But no one appears to be there.

In another video, a group of friends are driving through dark streets, when the car alerts them that there is a person on the side of the road. But when they look outside, there is no one there. The people in the car begin to scream, with one saying: "I told you!" A second one shouted: "Fine, I believe you!" An a third jokes: "Your Tesla sees dead people!"

But unsurprisingly, there seems to be a pretty straight forward explanation to this, as one user pointed out in the comments. They wrote: "Anyone who owns Teslas knows it is just detecting the taller tombstones. "It does this all the time with trash cans and human-sized objects." However, a second one said: "Somethings you just do not do if you want peace in your life." A third even claimed to have seen "an orb" when the car drove by "the ghost." Related links:
