Doctors told him he was “on death row” before shedding the pounds
James Argent looked slimmer than ever following a remarkable 14-stone weight loss.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star stripped down to just a pair of running shorts during an afternoon jog on holiday in Spain.
Pictures published in The Sun show him wearing just a pair of blue patterned shorts, socks and trainers as he jogged by the seafront in Marbella.

James shed an incredible amount of weight last year after having gastric bypass surgery to limit his food intake.
He underwent the life-saving operation in a bid to turn his life around – losing 14 stone in weight.
Ironically, he recently admitted that doctors had ordered him to put some weight back on after losing too much.
He told The Sun back in February: “The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone.
“Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me – that’s just me!”

Arg, who began piling on the pounds in lockdown after kicking his cocaine and booze addiction, said doctors told him he was “on death row” before shedding the pounds.
It took his mum Patricia breaking down in tears in his bedroom for him to finally seek help.
“Bingeing made me tired and lethargic so I’d make plans every day to meet friends, do a job or achieve something,” he tells The Sun.
