Cancel your holiday: There’s a GIN CRUISE about to set sail from Dorset

A booze cruise with a difference

Katie Mythen-Lynch

If sipping a cool gin and tonic while relaxing aboard a luxury vintage yacht sounds like your kind of evening, you may want to rearrange your holiday plans.

This spring sees the launch of two Gin Tasting Cruises aboard the Dorset Queen, the first of which sets sail from the stunning south coast county on Friday, April 7th.

Limited tickets are available to ensure the guests on board receive the ultimate VIP experience while taking in stunning views of Brownsea Castle, Millionaires Row at Sandbanks and the islands of Poole Harbour from 7pm to 10pm.

Swanky.

There are two ticket options on offer:

  • The Artisan Gin Cruise is designed to offer guests the chance to try different gins and handcrafted cocktails. The £35, three-hour vintage cruise includes three handcrafted artisan cocktails and a selection of canapés.
  • The Conker Gin Dorset Cruise allows guests to meet the owners of Conker Spirit, Dorset’s first Gin Distillery and enjoy a three-course meal at a harbourside restaurant. The VIP ticket – £125- includes dinner, the cruise, three Conker Gin Cocktails and a 700ml hand signed Bottle of Conker Gin.

A holiday hot spot, Dorset’s shoreline is one of the most beautiful in the UK, with plenty to explore along the Jurassic Coast. There are Airbnb and hotel options aplenty, making it the ideal girly getaway for 2017.

Cheers!
