Like most food, it's easy to make an average grilled cheese sandwich, but to make a really spectacular one takes something special. It takes time, it takes consideration, it takes knowledge and it takes good ingredients. You could get a shitty loaf of awful bread and the most plastic cheddar cheese you could find and stick them in a sandwich toaster, or you could - if possible - push the boat out a little more, and give yourself a grilled cheese experience like no other.
