Unfortunately Georgian weightlifter Shota Mishvelidze had to figure this out the hard way after he forgot this simple fact while taking part in his first weightlifting contest since returning from a two-year doping ban. Naturally enough, he collapses due to lack of oxygen.
But Mishvelidze didn't even learn his lesson the first time around, as he passes out again on his third attempt.
