What were you doing aged 20? Going on a lad's holiday? Finishing driving lessons?

Jonne Koski is busy winning the CrossFit Games. If you've not tuned in yet, here's 5 reasons why you need to watch this epic battle. It's early days yet for the man barely out of his teens, but with two events down he is sitting comfortably in first place. It's the first year four-time Games champion Rich Froning has not entered the individual men's event, so there's a clamour for his crown in the interregnum. Finland native Koski, who reached the Games at 19 last year and won four of seven events in the Meridian Regional in 2015, has had a tremendous start to the five-day competition. The former national swimmer absolutely beasted Event 1 which was the Pier Paddle. event 1   He then came top 10 in the arena sandbag event. Event 2 With 10 events still left to come, we will be watching how the young star gets on.
