And that's because Johnson is himself bigger than most buildings. This comes down to his uniquely intense workout regime, which includes consuming 5,000 calories a day, with 1,000 of that coming from cod alone - that's a lot of cod. He also hits the weights every single day. Just looking at this video has made us tired and lazy all at once.
