With Covid-19 closing gyms around the world until further notice, resistance bands have become an increasingly popular item in home workout routines.
Nothing beats barbells and dumbbells when it comes to building raw strength, but bands can be transported anywhere and everywhere. They also don't take up much space.
Athlean-X trainer Cavaliere thanked Stallone for his support in the comments beneath the clip, stating: "As I always say, the language of muscles is 'tension'.
