Best time to eat breakfast: Within an hour of waking up.
Best time to eat lunch: Four and a half hours after eating breakfast.
Best time to eat dinner: A couple of hours after eating lunch.
Upsettingly there's no mention of snacks. At any point.
Our advice though is just keep eating everything at all times of the day. That's what we do.*
