Do you have what it takes?

What does it take to get in the shape of your life?

Twenty average JOEs are about to find out with an inspirational new campaign called Titan Force: Trip to Ripped led by the Teenage Cancer Trust.

JOE is looking for guys aged 18-24 to sign up from across the UK who want to revolutionise their bodies through challenging training and a healthy diet alone.

Former Royal Marine and top personal trainer Rich McKeating is fronting the six-month challenge which aims to show men they can get absolutely ripped through pure hard work, dieting and dedication – and not steroids, supplements and short cuts.

Twenty men will be chosen from thousands who enter to under-go a gruelling six-month training camp with the help of Rich to get in razor-sharp shape, culminating in a 2017 charity calender for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Rich, who works with Premier League footballers, top boxers and pro rugby players, said: “Titan Force is being launched to raise money for an important charity and to prove to young people good physique is about hard work, dedication and discipline as well as a healthy diet.

“We’re trying to show that there is no need for an expensive list of supplements and absolutely no need for dangerous steroid abuse which unfortunately is all too common among young males.

“If you want to make a difference and be involved in an exciting project which will not only benefit yourself but hopefully many young lives across the UK, I urge you to sign up.”

You can sign up for the challenge here and training will start on January 11, 2016, just in time to start burning off all that excess Christmas flab.

The final 20 selected for the programme will gain access to a specialised, free training and dietary programme and will be encouraged to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust via their own JustGiving pages.

Rich will be providing daily advice and monthly face-to-face sessions over the six months and is being supported by ex-bodybuilding champion and qualified coach Dan Norman.

All proceeds from Titan Force will go to the Teenage Cancer Trust, which provides cancer care support to 13-24-year-olds as well as funding staff training and creating specialist teenage units in NHS hospitals.

Anyone can pre-order their 2017 calendar and donations are welcome via the Trip to Ripped’s JustGiving page or by texting TRIP75, plus your amount to 70070.
