This man has cerebral palsy, and after suffering from mental health issues, decided to drop out of school.
Not long after this, he decided to change his life. And he did this by starting to go to the gym. He used his time in the gym to briefly forget his problems for an hour at a time, and over time found himself feeling better.
Once he was confident enough, he decided to try and gain qualifications to become a fitness instructor. Now he's using the lessons and skills he's learned in the gym to help others improve their lives.
