Adam Bishop is the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Premiership Rugby side Harlequins. If that wasn't enough, he also happens to be Britain's Strongest Man.
One might assume that to reach the heights (and weights) he's reached, Adam would require a state-of-the-art gym with the newest technologies. In fact, he does a lot of his working out in his very own garage.
We travelled to his home and went head-to-head against him in his epic garage gym.
