Just ask Ant and Dec.
After a couple of decades in the business, they'll probably have expected the odd hiccup when their new series of Saturday Night Takeaway went live this weekend. And sure enough, that's exactly what happened.
When Dec excitedly announced that one unsuspecting viewer had just won a holiday to Florida, cameras instantly switched from the studio to the competition winner's living room. Gathered in front of a TV along with four of her friends, we then see Laura - glass in hand - quite clearly mouthing the words "fuck off" for all the nation to see.
Having realised that she is actually on live television, her facial expression changes to one of realisation... although she still manages to say the words "fuck off" once more for good measure - much to the amusement of her friends.
Fortunately, cameras swiftly return viewers to the studio before too many people could process what had happened. But of course, there was always going to be someone that noticed it, recorded it and stuck it on Twitter.
