Since making the move to America, Sean St. Ledger has made plenty of headlines.
Unfortunately for the former Ireland international, it’s not always been for his performances on the pitch for Orlando City and his current club, Colorado Rapids.
When a photograph of St. Ledger and Taylor Swift appeared on his Twitter page, plenty of folk jumped to conclusions.

Swift has gained a reputation as a serial dater, and the photo led many to speculate that St. Ledger was the singer’s new beau.
Thankfully, the former Preston defender has cleared things up, telling the Daily Telegraph that it was just a photograph.
“I was with my girlfriend and we knew a few people there and went to Taylor Swift’s aftershow for her New Year’s Eve bash,” he said.
“We ended up talking and had a picture taken. We got chatting for five minutes and she was really down to earth – and that was it.”
